COWORKING SPACE OPERATIONS INTERN

Job Description:

  • Welcome and onboard new members, manage community engagement and events
  • Maintain coworking space facilities, cleanliness, and organization
  • Handle space bookings, room setups, and coordinate with vendors
  • Create marketing content for social media, website, and newsletters
  • Monitor and restock office supplies, handle basic facility issues
  • Assist with member communications, feedback, and retention initiatives
  • Support business development activities, partnerships, and membership acquisition
  • Photograph events and manage online community presence

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and MS Office
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) preferred
  • Friendly, approachable, proactive, and professional attitude
  • Physical ability to move furniture and equipment as needed
  • Minimum 20-30 hours per week commitment for 3-6 months
